Nicole
is available for public talks on diverse topics of late
17th century costume history.
May
it be 1661: A year with Samuel Pepys: Clothing and
Social History of Restoration England, or Baroque
Splendour: Clothing across Society, from 1661 - 1714,
Nicole always grabs the audience and interests her listeners
with her lecturing experience, her lively delivery,
her passion for the period, and her many years of research
of 17th century costume history.
Nicole
comes equipped with a wealth of pictorial resources,
and brings reproduction costumes and items with her,
which have been hand produced to incredibly authentic
standards.
Nicole
has given talks for the Costume Society of Scotland
(2008), The Renfrewshire Embroiderers Guild (2008),
The Linlithgow Embroiderers Guild (2009) and will speak
at the East Lothian Embroiderers Guild (2009). Feedback
from all of her venues has been enthusiastic, and she
has been recommended by many.
To
book Nicole as a Public Speaker, please use the Contact

media and technology to bring her talks and the period
alive, she can bring a laptop and data projector, if
necessary.
