Please Note: these are Dutch paintings and regarding the fashion of hairstyles one may copy these Dutch fashions for middle class French and English costume, and only for aristocratic fashion in the 1650s to early 1660s, because from about the late 1660s on, and increasingly so, periwigs were worn amongst the upper classes.
